Geocache Description:

The Grove is an ancient deciduous woodland located just off the A14 between Walton and Old Felixstowe.

The cache is located a short walk from the car park (@ 51 58.369N 001 21.049E) and is hidden off the main footpath that runs through the woodland.

As there is a fair bit of tree cover you should expect a weak or intermittent GPS signal. It can also get quite muddy on some sections of the path and close to the cache so wear some wellies or sturdy shoes/boots.

There are small pools of water, streams, and uneven ground to navigate so keep an eye on any young ones you bring with you. Felixstowe Town centre is a few minutes drive away where toilets and other facilities are available.

The cache comprises of a small half litre cylindrical container. The original contents of this cache were:

Logbook and pencil
16MB SD RAM card
2 AA batteries
Keyring
Some foreign coins

This is my first cache and I hope you enjoy searching for it!
