Approach:
The easiest way to approach this cache:
From the road nr. 1 turn to SW at the protestant church in Bánffyhunyad (N 46° 51,869' E 23° 01,586'). (It worth to visit this beautiful building as well!). Drive to the South and at N 46° 47,718' E 22° 59,690' turn to the left, direction Meregyo (Margau). At the coo. N 46° 45,625' E 22° 53,807' turn to the left and at the end of the paved road in Havasrekettye turn to the right through the stonebridge at coo. N 46° 42,388' E 22° 53,606'. From here you have to follow this road straight away 6 km long (blue triangle). Unfortunatelly the GPS signal was very weak at the time we have hidden the cache, because it is in a walley, but since then 6 cachers have found it on the Hungarian geocaching site, so it is not impossible to find it. About the waterfall:
We invite you to one of the most beutiful spectacle of the Vigyázó mountains: to the waterfall of Havasrekettye. The waterfall can be found in wonderful environment: between rocky wooded mountains.
The waterfall has three "stairs": the total height is 30 meters, but the highest watercurtain is 20 meters tall.
Further walking on the blue triangle way (about 200 meters) you can examine the waterfall from above...
