You are
looking for an ammo can hidden near
the Augusta
canal walking/biking trail. The
closest parking is located at the Savannah Rapids Pavilion (N
33o 33.012, W 82o 02.373) which is open from
dawn to dusk. From there you should enjoy a short walk to the cache
(the stairs are pretty wicked on the way back up, so save some
energy)!
Finding the cache should be no problem, but
getting to it might be a bit trickier…
Watch out for
slippery areas especially after rain and please be mindful of your
footing!
This cache
is dedicated to one of my personal obsessions, that’s right, flashlights!!!

geo-light?!?
- Who hasn’t needed illumination while caching
(come on, admit it, you have searched in the dark, cursing the
setting sun and you KNOW it!)
- Who couldn’t use a dependable
back-up?!?
This cache
is originally stuffed with a variety of good ol’ geo-lights…feel free to trade out any light
you want for any type of loot you don’t.
I have
included a one-time use camera in this cache just because I like
these. Snap your picture while you are enjoying the find (remember
the potentially slippery footing when posing) and note the exposure
number in your log. I’ll post pictures once developed.
