This cache takes you on a pleasant walk around Pensychnant Park located at the top of Sychnant Pass (access to the pass is either from Conwy or Penmaenmawr.It has some lovely views and is boderline buggy friendly until you get to the end bit and then not buggy friendly at all.The area is renowned for its wild horses and many varieties of wildlife so please follow the coun try code. My walk takes you across some marshy land and if you are VERY lucky you might see the heron which can often be spotted nearby.Mr. Wolf and I placed the cache on a chilly winter day with scarcely a breath of wind..it was very beautiful and peaceful...the large ponds were frozen over and there was a smattering of snow. The wild horses and sheep had their winter coats, possibly hiding the imminent arrival of little ones.Some of the caches are well hidden so don`t give up !! And now to the cache:
Caches 2,3, and 5 are micro caches
Caches 1,4, and 6 are virtual
and the last one has the goodies!
The above coords are for parking though this can become very crowded in summer
The first cache is virtual and can be found at N53 16.401 W003 52.402 ***** As pointed out by a cacher one of these numbers has broken & there is no way of mending it. So I will give you the missing number and also the number next to it...these are 34..the rest of the numbers appear to be fine...so carry on !
When found add all the numbers together and add to the North and West minutes of the following coordinates which will give you the correct coords for cache 2...N53 16.261 W003 52.068...here you will find the coords for cache 3
Coords for cache 4 are in cache 3
Cache 4....here you will have to search for a date ABCD and do the following:
Cache 5 is N53. 16.017 plus AB W003 52.790 minus CD
Cache 6 coords are in cache 5
At cache 6...do you see a significant year ABCD??
Now add for final cache ....N53 16.264 plus AB W003 52.496 minus CD
This will give you the final cache coords..
