Geocache Description:

It is a dark green screw-top hand grenade cylinder hidden at ground level.

We felt it was time to place a cache that required a wee bit of a workout and which took hunters to a site we really enjoy with fantastic views in nice weather.
The cache is located in a very distinctive area along the road between Christchurch and the West Coast.
NOTE: You will be in an apline area at this site and close to a working farm/sheep station. Please take care, be prepared with appropriate gear and clothing for changes in weather conditions and obey any seasonal restrictions. Snow and ice may definitely be factors in colder months.
With signal bounce, accuarcy at GZ was around 6m for us, so please let us know if you get something a bit more accurate. You will understand why we had some trouble when you get there.
When placed, the cache contained the usual requirements and a TB and is only large enough for very small swaps.
