standing guard over the Governor's mansion.
On his pedestal
is a date. You will either need to visit him yourself (Good reason
to take a cruise!) or figure out who he is, as well as the
inscribed date.

you need to complete the following set:

Multiply the date by .007472 for Minutes Latitude.
Multiply the date by .014322 for Minutes Longitude.
Park S.W. of the coordinates, not in the
commercial lot across the street. There is a small pull-off that
works great and a nice path to get you where you need to go without
