Small lock n lock container. Fairly easy to get to in the winter, but bushwacking required in the warmer months. Don't visit the cache after the park closes. Plenty of other caches nearby. Remember to trade even or up; not down. Trackable travelers do not need a replacement trade item since they have missions to complete.
When I was a kid, I used to walk the railroad on my way to the bus stop every school morning (up hill, both ways). This cache reminds me of those days. We adopted this cache and renovated it.
