Geocache Description:

You are looking for a small lock-n-lock. The cache is hidden in a Prayer Retreat just off the side of the road that often goes unnoticed. This is a nice place to take the family and relax and just get away for a few minutes. You can see beautiful views of Hazard from this elevation as well. Remember to BYOP! Please place back exactly as you found it. Happy Caching!! Cache is NOT located anywhere over the hill.

Near Kentucky's (Once) Most Magnificent Resort Motel, the La Citadelle, where you could "look down on the stars" and "drive right to your room - Above the clouds". The cache is located before you get to the La Citadelle. If you're not paying attention, you might just drive on by it. But don't worry, it's easy to turn around at the motel and head back towards it.
