STP Ron: This cache has lasted for a long time, but it's location has been compromised and known to muggles. I found a new location, but it will require a different style of hide in a different place. It deserves to be a new cache, so I'll have to archive this old one.

Geocache Description:

A micro-cache located on the Coyote Creek Trail near the town of Coyote.

This cache marks an important milepost on the Coyote Creek Trail. Here the trail crosses Coyote Ranch Road. Across the road, the equestrian trail goes straight through a field. The bike trail parallels the road, then turns right at historic Coyote Ranch and follows the service road by the fenced off dog-training facility. To the west, the road branches off Monterey Highway in the tiny farming town of Coyote. The cache is located next to the trail. There's no need for off-trail bushwhacking or even to step off the trail. The main things to watch out for are ants, horses, and muggles. This cache is in-between "Power Madness" (GCRT23) and "Coyote Creek Fishing Pond" (GCRT24). It's a sign-only cache. You should bring your own pen, but if you forget, there's an emergency pencil inside. Make sure you seal up the cache tight when replacing it. Don't lose the O-ring. There are places to park in the general area, but watch out for the "no parking" signs. I don't think you can park on the road nearest to the cache, at least not legally. The Coyote Creek Trail and adjacent road are flat and paved, and the cache is close to the trail, so it should be wheelchair-accessible.
