Geocache Description:

Cache is not at the posted coordinates. Posted coordinates are for parking only. Please ignore the "Road Closed" signs on the road in...they should technically say "Dead End" as this used to be a through road.

The cache container is an adopted baby cache from Magoo’s Mommy of Multiple Minis which I have had for far too long. Time to release it into the wild. The cache is located on public property within 25 feet of a trail. No bushwacking required either, so if you end up near private property or in dense brush you are in the wrong place. In order to find the cache you will have to interpret the following set of coordinates:

     

    You can check your coordinates here: geochecker.com There is a trailhead at the south end of the paved parking lot for rowing center. The trail runs along the edge of the water but the isn't overly obvious at its starting point - just walk towards the water and you will see it. Note the trail marker ten feet up in a nearby tree. You can also enter the woods by walking along the gravel road to the north of the rowing center, but it is not as scenic. Beware of muggles when retrieving and replacing the cache and please re-hide it well. There are some prizes in the cache for the first, second, and third to find.
