"Old Times" Traditional Cache

It was a fun little cache, while it lasted.

This is a small cache (Decon container) placed along the same trails where you can find several other caches including "Where the Green Fern Grows".
While doing "Where the Green Fern Grows" with Ol' Bass Cacher and Smiling Little Perch, we were discussing the fact that, after doing all the caches in this area, you have a long walk out, with no caches to do along the way. So, with the help of Ol' Bass Cacher and Smiling Little Perch, I placed a new cache along this stretch of "return pathways".
This place that we chose, as the name reflects, is very very ooooold!
We couldn't figure out what it was, what it was for, what it did, how it worked, or who used it...
To claim this cache, you have to do two things; 1) Find the cache and sign the log. 2) When you log your entry on GeoCaching.com (not an e-mail to me) give everyone your opinion of those questions (above) that we didn't know.
Please, if you are one of those people who are so curious about this that you research it and find the real answers to these questions, PLEASE DON'T, I repeat, PLEASE DON'T put the real answers into your log. E-mail me that info if you want to, but don't put it into your log. Doing so would kill the fun and imagination of everyone else, and take away from them the fun of trying to guess at what this place once was, what it was for, what it did, how it worked, or who used it...
You could snag this cache on the way into all the other caches if you chose to, but follow my advice and leave it for "on the way out" so that it will help you break the monotony and boredom of a long walk.
I left room in this container for trade items and small TB's.
