Located in wooded area near Buehler Park.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THE CACHE IS COMPLETELY CLOSED BEFORE YOU REPLACE IT! If you don't hear a "snap" then it's not closed.
This woods is one of Jasper's best kept secrets. It spans from Buehler Park to be hind the Police post and over to Shuetter Road. Of the two decades we've lived here, we never thought to explore these woods until we started caching. After you find the cache, don't be afraid to walk around. There are several paths spanning these woods. The core is a beautiful area with green moss on the ground and evergreens everywhere.
The terrain will normally be a 1, but if it is a rainy day it may be as high as a 2. There is a ditch that flows through the woods that you will have to cross to get to the cache. Normally it's dried up or has very little water and can be stepped over. If it is raining, however, the water can get quite high and you may have to walk down the ditch to get to where the water is low, cross a log, or just run and jump and hope you make it over.
