Geocache Description:

Located in the village of Pugwash. Parking available nearby.

The cache is a small plastic jar wrapped in black tape. Cache contains the usual logbook, pencil and trading items. During part of the year there will be many muggles about. So try to be discreet.

After you find the cache you can take time to stop by the Visitor Information Centre should it be open. Here information can be found on the history and development of the salt mine and pewter industries. Information is also available on Cyrus Eaton founder of the Pugwash Peace Conferences. A local library and historical society are located in old train station building nearby.
