This is a 2 part Multicache. The coordinates are for the the puzzle part of the cache and nearby parking.
The cache is a small plastic container containing a notebook and the usual small items and is to be found on the outskirts of the village. You can walk to it from the given car parking position but there is a nearer small car park should you need it. At the final cache there is a lake so parents of small children beware.
The village was an ancient market town on a stage coach route from Leicester and was the original home of the Fernie hunt.
To begin the cache and solve the puzzle, you are advised to use the black wrought iron seat as a base from which all clues can be solved. You will then be able to find the Cache. Watch out for dog walker muggles.
The co-ordinates are for the seat on the Market Place and the answers to clues are to be found nearby. These will give you the co-ordinates for finding the final cache.

a = The penultimate number for the village shop phone.
b = Find the small bronze plaque at the edge of the Market Place You need the final number on the third date.
c = Add the number on the medic's door to the upper number in the "H" on the "New" pub.
d = On the bronze plaque find the third number of the sixth date.
e = On the bronze plaque find the second number of the first date.
f = How many miles is it to G-----?
g = Look round the notice board – When was the best kept village award won? Subtract the first number from the third number.
h = Add 3 to the number on the green door behind you when sitting on the seat.
