THE ORIGINAL PLACE GOT WET WHEN THEY IRRIGATED!! MOVED IT ACROSS THE "LAKE" BUT YOU DON'T NEED TO SWIM OR BOAT TO GET TO THE NEW SITE.
THIS USED TO BE A MAN-MADE LAKE. THE RESIDENTIAL AREA NORTH OF MAIN STREET IS CALLED "LAKEVIEW!" IT'S NOW USED FOR FARMING. CORN WAS THE CROP FOR THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS.
THE CACHE IS A COFFEE CAN, PAINTED DARK COLORS. THE ORIGINAL CONTENTS INCLUDED SOME CRAFT THINGS LEFT OVER FROM MY WIFE'S GIRL-SCOUT LEADER DAYS.
