You can reach the location by public transportation (underground 
Zieglergasse). You can retrieve this cache easily with the coordinates (+some meters to the north!) and all the English information provided.
The additional German information is just about the person related with the location.
In the warmer season it could be very difficult to maintain stealth mode! Please ensure to rehide the cache exactly in the same position as you fund it!

Otto Bauer (* 5. September 1881 in Wien, † 5. Juli 1938 in Paris) war ein österreichischer Sozialdemokrat und der Hauptverfasser des „Linzer Programms“ (Parteiprogramm der SDAP von 1926).
Bauer studierte ab 1903 in Wien Geschichte, Sprachen, Nationalökonomie, Soziologie, Philosophie und Rechtswissenschaften. 1914 wurde er zur Armee eingezogen und kam in russische Kriegsgefangenschaft. Seit 1919 war er Abgeordneter eines Wiener Wahlkreises in der Nationalversammlung. 1934 emigierte Bauer in die Tschechoslowakei, wo er das "Auslandsbüro der österreichischen Sozialdemokratie" leitete. Am 5. Juli 1938 erlag er in Paris einem Herzinfarkt. Er wurde auf dem Friedhof Pere Lachaise beigesetzt.
Die Otto Bauer Gasse im 6. Wiener Gemeindebezirk ist nach ihm benannt.
