A BIT OF HISTORY WITH A FANTASTIC VIEW.
The once was a man named Krause
who laboured and built a seaside house.
The house is now long gone
but the chimney is still holding on.
Where there was once a family of kins
there is now only bricks being blown by the winds.
This cache is dedicated to a family which opened up an area to become a great holiday resort on the coast. When you reach GZ think about the difficulty and big adventure is setting up a home here. (Bet there were a lot of crayfish those days).
It is rather out of the way but boasts great fishing, surfing and is very safe for the kids. You dont need a 4wd to get here but be prepared for a great day out and dont forget the picnic hamper as there is no shop.It could be windy on one beach but just go over the other side of the headland and escape it. GZ affords a fantastic view of the whole area.
