MommyFinder: It had a good 4 year run, but I'm unable to maintain it at this time.

This is a 3-stage cache located at Fred Lee Park on Emerson Drive in Palm Bay, Florida. Park hours are 7am - 10pm, and there is no alcohol, metal detectors, golfing or animals allowed. The park has baseball fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, a playground, picnic pavillion and restrooms. Remember this is Florida. I saw several ant mounds while placing the cache, though there weren't any in the immediate vicinity of any stage of the cache. Just watch your step! Also, there is NO climbing involved in finding any stage of this cache.
Stage 1 is a micro. You will have to remove the container from its hiding spot to retrieve the coordinates. You may not have to actually remove the coordinates from the container to read them, but if you do, please return the lid securely when you're done.
Stage 2 is also a micro. You will NOT need to remove the container from its hiding spot. Simply unscrew the bottom of the container to retrieve the coordinates. Please make sure the bottom is screwed back on snugly, but not TOO tightly, when you're done. While you're in the area, check out the tree which gives this cache its name. The tree is actually growing through the fence! There's a picture of it in the gallery.
The final stage is an ammo box filled to the brim with a variety of trade items. FTF has choice of a smooth grey and pink heart-shaped stone made of rhodonite, or a carabiner keyring with a really bright blue led light. Other initial trade items include a first aid kit, flashlight, horse head and dolphin shaped carabiners, smooth stones, Scooby-Doo fanny/belly pack, patriotic magents, The Incredibles McDonald's toys, Buzz Lightyear, playing cards, hacky-sack ball, and cars. Please try to make even trades to maintain the quality of the cache.
This is my first hide! Any feedback is welcome. Happy caching!
