Geocache Description:

Welcome to the ACT Cache of the Year for 2005.

It's that time of year again, time to celebrate the caching activity in the ACT.

Come along for an afternoon of fun at Lennox Park, beside Lake Burley Griffin. Bring your family, friends, swimmers, boats, bats, balls, chairs and of course GPS and join in the celebrations, which will start at 1pm on Saturday 13 May 2006.

It is also a great opportunity for us all to get to know any of the new ACT cachers and swap caching stories.

BBQs are onsite for those who wish to bring lunch and a small beach nearby for those who wish to take a dip.

The winners of the following awards will be annouced at the event:

Best cache
Best location
Best picture
