On the beach in the County park; that means free parking! Two-part cache takes you into the dunes - so be on the lookout for critters. The restroom isn't great but you can get a good view of the Gulf from the dunes.
Part One: Coords are in plain sight. Part Two: a one gallon plastic camo jar with several trade items. Snakes are mostly by Part Two.
