Coordinates above are for a random point. The cache is not at this location, but is in one of the surrounding towns within a few miles of this point. To locate this cache, you must locate my Fezz's BIG BLUE BUG v2.0 Travel Bug (TBMRZD) and then use the information gathered to locate the cache.
I am calling this a difficulty of 4 because you will have to locate me or my GeoMobile, or BOTH in order to find this cache! Good Luck!!
At the Travel Bug Academy at GroundSpeak Headquarters, all Travel Bugs are briefed and trained on the protocol for their specific missions. Some missions are more valiant than others, some Top Secret, and yet still some are even deadly where Travel Bugs become MIA or POW's.
For this reason, Bugs Operating in Geocaches of Unknown Status (aka B.O.G.U.S.) has put in place a special rest stop for Bugs to recooperate, regain their composure, and follow up on training fundamentals. This stop is known as the Top Secret Travel Bug Hostile Hostel.
It is located at a TOP SECRET location to protect the bugs from those known as "Muggles", and let the Travel Bugs rely on their allies, the Geocachers. Although geocachers are civilians, they are the Travel Bugs greatest source of intelligence, and have the unique ability of helping each bug fulfill its mission.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to locate this cache, bring a Travel Bug to it's location, and take a Travel Bug from here to help it on it's mission, no matter how dangerous it might be.
Due to its location, extreme caution (as always) and stealth will be needed in this hostile environment if we are to maintain the security of this area.
Recon maybe done on this Top Secret location in the case of you not having a Travel Bug at the moment. Find the location, log your visit, and have the knowledge you need to make a swift and covert drop at another point in time.

This cache is a 2 part MULTI / PUZZLE Cache.
To locate this cache, you will need the following:
- Tracking ID # of Fezz's BIG BLUE BUG v2.0
&
- Licence Plate # of Fezz's BIG BLUE BUG v2.0
Once you have this info figure out and plug in accordingly:
N 42' AB.CDE
W071' FG.HIJ
A = (C + D) - (E + J)
B = E + F
C = Convert last Letter of License Plate to a Number (A=1, B=2, C=3, etc..) Take the 2nd digit of that number as C.
D = 3rd Digit of License Plate
E = Convert the 2nd letter of the License Plate to a NUMBER (A=1, B=2, C=3, etc..) Take that number and then add the digits together to get E.
F = Add all of the Digits of the Tracking ID and get a 2 Digit number. Now add those Digits to get another 2 Digit number. Add those Digits to get a SINGLE Digit number. Now you have F.
G = 1st Digit of Tracking ID
H = 4th Digit of the Tracking ID
I = Half of E
J = 1st Digit of Licence Plate
This cache was meant to be a challenge! Once you have the information, finding it should be very easy.
