Rocky Knoll Stroll Traditional Cache
saltchuk: Hi geome2,
The land managers in charge of the Morrell Nature Sanctuary have asked that all geocaches be removed from their land. Therefore, I must archive this and all other listings within the sanctuary and I must ask all cache owners to remove their geocaches. Thank you for your cooperation in this regard.

Short walk from parking lot at beautiful Morrell Park & Wildlife Sanctuary..
Please note:
The "Cache " has moved from it's original location..
As of Feb.23/2006 these are the NEW and current co-ordinates for this "Cache".
Rocky Knoll Stroll.
A pleasant walk from the parking lot at
beautiful Morrell Park..Take the Rocky Knoll Trail. After about 10 to 15 min. (or less depending on your walking speed) you should be passing over some horizontal, geometrically alligned lumber. You should then start looking for a unique looking tree alongside the trail.. I believe it is a Maple tree.. It has four good sized trunks eminating from the "main trunk, root system".
Once you locate this fine tree, take a compass bearing of 250 deg (True). You are almost there..
The cache is in a 3.5 litre plastic container, and usual garbage bag.
The cache contains, log book, along with various and sundry trinkets and treasures..
Good luck, please do not leave any food stuff in the container, as there are
a lot of small woodland critters in the area..
All of Morrell Park is very ecologically sensitive, so please be carefull with the Flora and Fauna, when looking for this cache..
Enjoy......
