I recently had a nearby cache thrown into the river by some
cachers. They claim it was an accident. To rectify the situation they
replaced the Gulf of Mexico-bound cache with a smaller cache and
popped in a few trade items. I was out the next day to replace
their replacement cache with a larger cache and found myself
with an extra cache. With trade items. What to do? What to do?
I decided to memorialize the "accident" by placing their
replacement cache as a new cache. It is a short distance upstream
from the other cache. (In case they throw this one into the river
they will have a little more time to save it! 
)
You are looking for a 2 cup Ziploc screw top container. If I
remember correctly it is hidden under a pile of rocks at the base
of a tree. Or maybe under the footbridge. Well, I am confident you
will find it... Just don't throw it in the
river!!
