An easy ‘Lunchtime Micro’ in Norwalk, CT. It can be grabbed
quickly, but consider bringing the little ones along on the weekend
to spend a few hours since there are kid-friendly attractions
nearby.
A bit of Norwalk Trivia: 'The House of Dark Shadows', a horror
flick based on the Vampire Soap-Opera TV series Dark Shadows, used
the Lockwood-Mathews Mansion as one of its locations. It also
starred as the sinister Men’s Club in both versions of ‘The
Stepford Wives’.
While visiting the cache take a tour of the mansion, check out the
Children’s Museum, playground, and historical cemetery. A site

I’ve heard that the old Police Station is going to be torn down
and replaced with parkland as part of the city’s ongoing project to
build a greenway along the Norwalk River. I look forward to more
hide spots in the future!
The container is an orange plastic cylinder, and contains a small
pencil, Log, and a $5 FTF prize. It is not intended to be used for
Trade Items, but I suppose someone could always stick a WG$ in if
they wanted to...it was placed near 10AM with a 20' accuracy
reading (the satellites weren’t cooperating).
And while you’re here, there are other nearby hides to visit.
'Take the Money and Run' by 1NatureMom is quite close, while
‘Oyster Shell Park’ by Lisa S and ‘Maritime Micro’ by The Ax are a
short walk away (through the playground, across the street, over
the train tracks, then under the bridge).
Oh, and watch out for Vampires and Android
