My wife is an artist (But not in painting). This facility is one the premier of its type in the area.
Some rules for this. These will reduce your options, thus the coordinates are not at the cache.
First, the parking area around the facility is limited, and should be reserved for those that are utilizing the facility. Thus, during normal hours, park elsewhere. They tow at night, so be careful.
If you are at the coordinates, looking at the facility, you will see a garden and planted potts. These are advertisements for a local gardner, and thus off limits.
You will also see an area between two doors. It is not there. PLEASE DO NOT LOOK IN THAT AREA.
From this spot you will see a retaining wall leading to a railroad. On top of the wall is some trees and greenry. Its not up there. So don't climb the walls or walk up the hill from the trestle.
Also, the cache can be accessed from this property (thus it is not accoss the street in the pile of debries or the field).
Finally, the cache is in plain sight from the posted coordinates, and will not require any tools.
UPDATE: WORD FROM THE STORE OWNERS. The owner and staff of the store are fully aware of the cache. They enjoy watching people look for the cache, and would like to thank all of you for adding some diversion and entertainment to their daily routine.
