This is a small cache placed along Trail B in Upper Bidwell Park. The trail hits the park road approximately .35 miles above Devil's Kitchen. If the road is open you can park up there and hike up (and I do mean UP) the trail to the cache. Otherwise you can hike from the Bear Hole parking area or take the longer route and hike along North Rim Trail to where it meets Trail B and then hike down to the cache along the trail.
