Kirok: Hiked in to the cache site this morning and found a few things that caused me to archive this one:
a) My coordinates were horrible. Amazing what a couple of years of experience can do.
b) Some critter has chewed a large hole in the bottom of the container (as mentioned by bloeski back in May, but I forgot) rendering it useless.
c) Most of the swag inside is garbage. People don't seem to be following the "trade up, trade even or don't trade) motto, or just don't know about it. Rocks, soggy bar coasters and beat-up used golfballs are not something people want to trade for.
d) The trail to the cache site no longer exists. It's so overgrown that it's no wonder people were taking the harder route in over the creek.
There comes a time for every cache to die, freeing up the space for some other hider's ideas. Thanks to all who found this one!
