The entrance to Levelland's Chamber of Commerce building has a
mosaic depicting the town's logo, "Soil, Oil, and Education." It
was designed by John Meigs and assembled by several local (at the
time)artists. There is also a student art project on the south side
of the building. We've put a hint for the lock that's been added to
the cache since it's in a muggley location.
