Of course... being my first cache it needed to be in Capital hill. It should be fairly easy to spot if you're looking for it!
The cache is a gold bison tube and only contains a log. Please bring your own pen to sign.
**A couple added notes due to requests**
I'd not recommend this cache for early weekday mornings when people are going to work as there will be lots of muggles about. Also - the hint has been improved.
