An easily accessible cache in an obvious location. The charm is what you might find inside. Dioptre is cleaning out his electronics drawer, and invites others to do the same.
GPS may work sporadically in this location, but triangulation should not be necessary. Just look for the obvious feature, and hunt around a little.
Bring some electronic item to trade if you can. Cache contents will be cycled on a regular basis, and may contain items of value, or may contain electronic rubbish. Don't be afraid to trade, just try to keep the values roughly fair.
Due to edgy local muggles, it is recommended that you don't visit this cache late at night.
