Geocache Description:

Short hike along the La Crosse River near the intersection of Gillette Street and Hwy 16.

The cache is located a short distance down a WI. DNR trail. The trail runs parallel with the river near Hwy 16. It is a green .30 cal. ammo box that contains typical cache trading items. It is a good cache for beginners when trail is groomed well. This cache has won the "Best ticks ever award" several times so please check yourself and the kids before getting back in your car!**

Parking can be found at: N 43 50.833/W091 13.044 (northside of Gillette Street near bridge).
