Stick'em Down, eh? Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

onecrazycanadian: Hi,

I'm archiving this listing since it's been at least 2 weeks since I last contacted you and there has been no response. If you correct the problem I indicated at some time in the near future I will take another look at it and may consider unarchiving the cache.

Thanks

How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

This is a fairly easy cache in a small wooded community park that is by the Assiniboine river and is called Beauchemin Park. Paths are well packed in winter, but you will need snowboots for the last bit. This is a "one-way" cache for giving away the microcache stickers that I had printed.

This park was were I would walk our dog, when I was a teenager, since it was right next to our house. It has a small creek that only really flows in spring, called The Beaver Damn Creek. Please walk around it a bit to throw of any suspicion from the muggles living nearby.

Children and dog walkers visit this park. However, it is usually deserted since this park seems to be a well kept "secret".

This is my second cache and it REAL purpose is to distribute a second batch of GEOCACHING STICKERS that I had made. These are different from the first batch in that they are made for sticking on microcaches. They are sized 1.75" x 4" so that they wrap perfectly around a film container. The stickers can be cut up to fit just about any microcache.

Just like the "Stick'em Up" cache, you are not supposed to leave anything in return as I am simply trying to provide stickers for those nice people who leave caches for the rest of us to find. In fact, the container is so small that it really cannot fit any trade items.

There are two places that you can park. One is at N 49 51.795 W097 18.035. The other is at N 49 51.736 W097 17.923.

So, please drop by my second cache and get some stickers for your caches. Even if you are not putting out a cache, grab a couple and maybe use them as a trade item when you are far a field. And, for you out of province folks, please have one because it has our MBGA logo proudly displayed on them.

Remember, I have LOTS of stickers and I do not need anything in return. So, get some stickers on your caches so that they don't get "mugg(l)ed". If you use up your stickers, come on back and get more.

The cache is just big enough to contain the logbook, a few dozen of the stickers, and an FTF certificate with Geocaching temporary tattoos and one MBGA geocoin (thanx GRNGRG!).
