Some kind of ruins. Short walk and climb from street through moderate brush (stickers & possible critters). Long pants required.
Since this would be a handyman's nightmare to bring up to code, the cache is a handyman's treasure. Large jug containing hammer, screwdrivers, pliers, utility knives. flashlight, and tape measure.
Replaced with medium sized container and a few TBs.
