Shave and a Haircut....Two bits Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Hoosier_Reviewer: Since there has been no response to my previous note, I am archiving the cache.

While we feel that Geocaching.com should hold the location for you for a reasonable amount of time, we cannot do so indefinitely. In light of the lack of communication regarding this geocache, it has been archived to free up the area for new placements. You will not be able to unarchive this listing. If you haven’t done so already, please pick up this geocache or any remaining bits as soon as possible.

"If a geocache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance it will not be unarchived."

Thank you,

Geocache Description:

This cache is "IN" the McCordsville Barber Shop. But you will need your GPS once you're inside. The terrain difficulty is a 3 because there is some climbing involved.

The hours for this cache are ABOUT 8am to ABOUT 6pm Wednesday through Saturday ONLY. Please follow ALL of the following rules for finding this cache. 1. Enter the rear building door (not the caboose door) 2. If there are customers, let them know you're NOT there for a haircut (so they don't think you're cutting) 3. Stand at the bottom of the stairs and announce NICELY to "Gary" that you're a Geocacher and wait for him to invite you in or to tell you "All aboard". 4. Be PATIENT 5. Exit the EXIT door only. I never realized how neat this place would be inside. You will enjoy all of the many wood carvings and should take your time looking around. You will need to get a good "view" to find this cache...Don't be shy. But try not to bother Gary if he's working. Your best view will be from the south side of the coppola. Once you get there, take a seat and look around. That's all there is to it. If you have Vertigo or can't climb higher than the 5th wrung on a step ladder...you might not want to attempt this one. This caboose was built in 1970 for $85,000 and was used through 1991. If you plan accordingly and give yourself enough time, you can wait in line for a haircut yourself.
