Geocache Description:

The cache is located on the ridge above town. This is a two stage multi cache. Binoculars are highly recommended as there is a great view of the town. The terrain rating is due to the presence of the drop off.

The above waypoint goes to a bench where you will need to take down the birth year listed.
To complete the coordinates for the cache, you will need to do the calculations below

Last 3 digits of birth year + 15 = ABC
Last 3 digits of birth year - 197 = DEF

You will need to bring a writing implement. A calculator is recommended.
