There are 2 steps once you arrive at the coordinates provided.
FIRST - Facing southward, take 40 "steps" forward. Consider your
direction of travel as being 12 o'clock.
SECOND - Once you complete step 1, face to your 10 o'clock and take
another 10 steps and this will be the location of the cache.
You will not go up any ladders, stairs or inclines. Once found,
secure the cache and move away from its site to review its
contents. There are very few mugglers, but they can come towards
you from many directions at the hide site. I wandered through this
area many times while scouting the location and nobody hardly gave
me a second glance.
