You are looking for a 32oz PB jar on US 23 highway property. South Bounders should pass this site then turn, traveling north you can park at the end of the guard rail and walk behind it with reasonable safety and you don't need to climb out on the cliff or under the bridge to find the cache. There is a nearby high-wall so unsupervised children is not recommended.
East Ky is full of wonderful sites, this is one of those you probably driven by and didn't notice. Your posted photo's would be appreciated. This cache originally contained 3 key chains, a TY Beany seal, and the Operation: Camo Travel Bug.
