Boulderwalk Traditional Cache
Sportsman01: Well, after over ten years in place and 40 plus finds it's time to remove the cache. When I placed the cache my constant companion Archer was approx six months old. He is now well into his senior years at 10 1/2 years of. Whew does the time go? The cache has been removed by the owner. Thanks to all those who found it and enjoyed this unique area.

Cache is located in a little known prov pk @ Spednic Lake.
It can be accessed by travelling West on NB hwy 4 from McAdam or East from St Croix/ USA. Turn off #4 hwy onto rte 630 @ N45 34.291 W067 24.221 and head North (this is a dirt road). Turn West at the sign for Spednic Lake Pk @ N45 35.701 W067 25.348. There is a gate at the entrance to the pk which may, or may not be closed in the off season. Gate is @ N45 36.071 W067 26.160
You can park at the building at the bottom of the hill, or at the far end of the campgrd rd, to the North (recommended).
The cache is located on the Boulderwalk Trail which is a loop trail that incorporates the campgrd rd. There are trail signs on the East side of the campgrd rd a short distance from each pkg area.
There are interpretive signs and a viewing area along the trail which winds along Diggity Cove and thru varied woodlands of mature mixed woods and a really nice hardwood ridge.
The trail itself is rocky w/ little more than markers and the odd boardwalk.
