You'll need to hike to this one - summer or winter.
Summer hike - should be much easier than a terrain 4.
Winter hike - also a relatively easy hike compared to others that I've done, but it earns the 4 terrain rating due to the fact that it requires an expert level of skiing/riding AND a hike. This one is much more difficult to access than Off Piste Cache (due to the hike), but is well worth the hike and still not worthy in my opinion of a 4.5 terrain rating.
Great views of the back side of Northstar. Access is via the "Challenger" run which also takes you very close to Off Piste Cache.
