Geocache Description:

Français: Ce château fort construit vers 1230 est, comme beaucoup d'autres dans la région, en bon état pour une "ruine". Perché sur un rocher en granit, il est encore très impressionnant. Pour plus d'infos, cliquez sur le lien User's Web Page.
Pour y accéder je vous recommande de suivre le chemin balisé par un point bleu à partir de la chapelle Saint Sébastien de Dambach-la-Ville. La durée de cette marche étant de l'ordre de 35 minutes.
Je vous déconseille, en cas d'enneigement ou de verglas, d'emprunter en voiture 'cette route' très étroite obligeant à des manoeuvres dangereuses en cas de croisement d'un autre véhicule.
Sachez également que, si vous partez de la chapelle Saint Sébastien, vous vous offrez l'opportunité de trouver une cache supplémentaire (GCTWVK).. alors... ;)

English: This chateau fort, built around 1230, like many other chateaux in the region, is in good shape for a "ruin". Perched upon a granit rock, it is still an impressive sight. For more information, click on the link User's Web Page.
To go to the castle, I recommend that you follow the hiking path indicated by the blue point starting from the Chapel Saint-Sébastien in Dambach-la-Ville. The walk should take you about 35'.
I also advise you against taking the more direct route (via a car), when it is snowy or icy, as it could require some dangerous maneuvers should you meet another vehicle.
Important also, if you leave from the Chapel Saint-Sébastien, you will have the opportunity to find another cache (GCTWVK).
