Jungle Journey Multi-Cache
mudsneaker: I had thought there would be time to take a stroll out and confirm the side trail was still available, but I had to move out of town instead. I'm going to let this one go and hopefully someone else will be able to place another one day.

This is a 2 part multi-cache, just off Mallard Dr., featuring a small pond, creek, and woods owned by The Meadows Homeowners Association. There are two options to cross the creek. One has a bridge built by local kids who also have a small fire pit. The second is farther down stream without a formal bridge, but debris is usually trapped. Do not go past the "No Trespassing" signs near the second crossing.
This area changes every year during each season. Spring is very nice, summer is wild and grown in, Fall is anyones guess, Winter is variable in many ways. You never know exactly what to expect other than it will be interesting. The creek sometimes is very easy to cross, other times after heavy rains the bridges can get wiped out. Either way its a very small creek so it's very unlikely anyones feet will get wet.
Recent improvements to the drainage ponds will add some nice homes for the mallards thats are abundant here. At the last visit a hawk was also enjoying the bounty of wildlife.
The Warnings:
This area is Closed from 10PM till 8AM. Occasionally there are kids playing in the area and dogs being walked, so be watchful of muggles.
Next, Get Hunting!
The multi starts out right at the parking spot. A fairly easy hunt should result in coords for the final.
Finally, Head for the Jungle:
Dogs barking, kids at play, mallards launching, fording mighty rivers, this is the monkey part. You'll have to get in touch with your adventurous side to complete this cache.
You've been warned. Its wild and free out here. Swinging on vines optional, but you'll have to provide your own.
