Historical Mikamo-yama Park. Near the top of the mountain.
Mikamo-yama was in "Manyoshu" which is very very old Japanese poem collections.
Is is just front of Tohoku Express Way Service Area "Sano".
You may hike from one of East, South or West entrances.
Nice view of Kanto Plain so come fine clear day if possible.
