Geocache Description:

The above coordinates are for parking only. You must solve the following puzzles to get the actual coordinates.

I have cast spells while tracking dragons. I have found treasure maps, pondered over dice, solved Sudoku puzzles and algebraic equations -- all in hopes of finding a cache. Alas, some of these still taunt me. While I try to find them I'd like to introduce my own puzzle cache in celebration of my 50th find. I am sure many may find the puzzles too easy..... or maybe not. Good Luck and I hope you enjoy my first cache.

First: The questions are not my own. I have borrowed them along with the answers.

Second: Use all blanks for your answer. Ex: 2+2= X Y Z could be written 0 0 4 so X=0 , Y=0 and Z=4

Third: Have fun.

Now for the questions:

1. The tallow obtained by burning ten candles will yield one extra candle. If you have 1000 candles, how many extra
candles could you make? _ _ _ now subtract 1. New answer = A B C

2. How many times can you subtract the number 5 from 25? _ _ now add 4. New answer = D E

3. A new building containing 100 offices has just been completed. A painter is hired to paint the numbers 1-100 on the
doors. How many times will the number nine have to be painted? F G . New answer is F + 2 = H

4. If seven people meet each other and each shakes hands only once with each of the others, how many handshakes will
there have been? _ _ now add 40. New answer = I J

5. If it takes a man one hour to dig a hole two feet long, two feet wide, and 2 feet deep, how many hours would it take the same man to dig a hole four feet long, four feet wide and four feet deep, assuming he digs at the same rate of speed? K

Ok now fill in the blanks and you are on your way.

Hope it wasn't Too Easy.
