Located on a cairn near the South side of the road just before you reach the Incoherent Scatter Radar.
This cache is on the cairn that was constructed by the Scout Jamboree in 1993. It sits just off the road a little ways from the Sondrestrom Incoherent Scatter Radar research facility in Kellyville. The cache is in a tupperware container and the initial contents are: race car, EOS pin, beer pin, phone cable plug.
Note that this cache has a terrain rating of 1 only if you have access to a vehicle. It is 15 km from the airport and winter temperatures can be dangerous.
