A simple multi requiring basic math skills. The listed coordinates will lead you to parking and the first stage. The final stage is a 0.1 mile walk mostly on a paved trail, except for the last 50 feet which requires some bushwacking.
This is a nice little park that we didn't know about until we needed to hide another cache and did some driving around side streets. We've only stopped by here a couple of times and it's usually muggle free, but based on the features here it could be heavily populated at times.
The listed coordinates will take you to a sign that indicates a reward for information... You will need the amount of the reward to determine the location of the actual cache. Use ABC to represent the three digit fine where A is the 1st digit, B is the 2nd digit and C is the 3rd digit.
The cache is located at N40 11.(ABC - 10) W074 50.BCA.
