Geocache Description:


An attempt to take a typical urban hide to a new level.

A Note About the Hint: The standard encryption of the hint generates a recognizable word that might distract the cacher. So I have scrambled the decryption. To decode, first do the standard decryption, then use the letters to the left of the result. For example, B decrypts to O, then translate to N.
