Virginia Avenue sits between States Avenue and the Pennsylvania Railroad. To gain the monopoly, you must own it, States Avenue and St. Charles Place.

This is another cleverly hidden micro. But don't worry, it's nothing like States Avenue!

7 Sep 06 this cache had to be moved because a cacher chose to destroy public/private property to try to retreive the cache.

DON'T BE THAT CACHER!!!

If you can't hunt this cache (or any of mine) properly, DON'T HUNT!!!
