On Southeast Brook Trail. Easy trail to walk on. Overall it is easy to get to the cache location, but may be a little difficult to actually find the cache.
This cache was placed on April 1st, 2006 by me and the local Milltown Skills Link group as a way to introduce more people to geocaching in this area.
The container is an ice cream container that has been painted green. It is WELL HIDDEN and you will have to get off of the trail to find it. There have been a couple DNF's, but the cache is still there. It's a little tough to find but people have been finding it.
It contains many trinkets for kids, some loose change, a Town of Milltown-Head of Bay d'Espoir keychain and lapel pin, some other stuff and a log book and pencils.
If you aren't successful in finding the cache we urge you to take a walk on the trail and enjoy the sceninc beauty.
