Geocache Description:

Located in the Shepherd Canyon area of Mission Trails Regional Park. Start at Mast Boulevard Trailhead for a strenuous hike or at Old Mission Dam for a more pleasant hike along Oak Canyon Trail. Keep watch for a minor trail that continues northward along the wildlife corridor under Highway 52 and passes right by the cache location.

This is one of four caches placed in Shepherd Canyon that have a medicinal theme. The reason for this cluster of caches is to assure that the Santee Geocacher called Cegrube doesn’t collapse one day while chasing his dream of scoring each and every MTRP FTF no matter what the cost. In this case the container should remind Cegrube to take a fish-oil capsule each and every day to balance his good and bad cholesterol and thus assure many more years of FTF supremacy. Find the small container placed in a grouping of large stones that lie right beside the trail. There's even a large stone to sit upon while making your log entry. There's room in the container for very small trade items.
