Happy is staying with his friend Thomas Mitchell for a bit. While he is there, stop by and trade a few items with him and maybe he will tell you the secret to finding Snow White.(It is on the inside of the cache lid) Permit # - TM17-01
Cache has been replaced. If you have problems finding it, let me know. All trees were removed where cache was originally hidden. Replaced it across the trail. Should be a lot easier to find.
